Open Cannot open pushed files in Chrome Extension

I have been trying for months, same error every time. The diagnostics are fine. I deleted the GCM folder and restarted, upgraded to paid account, deleted the extension, and re-enabled Drive access.

 

+1 I also see that when I try to do a screen shot of my device.

 

I havent even tried that yet. Im really hoping these details can get ironed out, if not Ill have to go back to Airmore or something.

 

Yes. I also have gaps in SMS. Like if I am texting on my phone and then wake my computer and jump back on, it will start picking up the new texts but doesnt seem to sync the back texts. Should that be a diff thread though?

 

I dont seem to get emails about forum replies?? Anyway yes its still happening. I just pushed 2 pics, got the error in browser, went to Join folder in Drive and had to download them to my computer. So they are there, it just lacks the instant download convenience

 

Thats exactly what I just realized...its trying to pull from Docs when the files go to Drive:

I have the exact same issue!
From Phone to Chrome: any file, screenshot, screen record/capture: it saves correctly on Drive, but don't open in Chrome.
Same error page, same difference in both links.

And also: from Chrome to Phone: "send file" doesn't work, "write in an app" doesn't work, "open PC clipboard as file" doesn't work either.
When I do these, just nothing at all happens on phone. Log trace within the Phone Join app shows that things happen but the phone doesn't react to any of these commands.

Please help!!! This thread started in April 22!!!!! 2.5 months ago!!!

Jeps, same problem here.
The only things that work are pdf-files. I get the error message in chrome and then the file opens in the external reader. Files get uploaded on drive.

 

So I made another attempt to leave Pushbullet for Join and was frustrated the file push still did not work. However after some digging and prior google fail experience the problem for me was multiple account sign in. I logged out of all accounts and just signed in to my macs primary google account and sure enough the file went through and prompted a download. Now itd be nice if Join could figure out how to use primary account, but this may be googles issue now.
