   I am a novice at programming, so please help me understand this...
   
   For example:
   I take a screenshot, then immediately OCR that image to get a name. Does the ocr action always wait for the screenshot to finish its action and save to file is complete?

   It really depends on the action. To check, when you run an action check if it turns green right away or if it waits for the action to run to turn green only after it's done
