AutoCast Alarm clock - Cast - Podcast

    Hey all,
    I have been trying for weeks to find a good way to get Tasker to cast a podcast to my Google Home when an alarm rings but have had mixed/bad results. Till now the only way I was able to sorta make it work is by using autoinput with podcast addict, but half the time autoinput times out (I think it's because Tasker is not doing a good job unlocking my phone even after I turn off any screen locks). I've also tried using autocast, autoshare and podcast addict intents to see if I find a combination that works but to no avail.

    I was wondering if there was anyone one out there that can help me make this happen?!!!

    Have you tried using AutoInput to turn on your screen?
    Unfortunately AutoCast won't be able to start casting 3rd party apps to your Google home, sorry! Only AutoInput can do that...
