AutoTools AutoTools Secure Settings can disable mobile data but I cannot enable it manually afterwards.

I have been messing with AutoTools for the first time today and I was able to disable mobile data using secure settings. However once I do that I can no longer enable it by tapping the tile on the quick settings panel. When I tap it the tile stays unlit and mobile data stays off.

This probably has to do with my phone rather than AutoTools but I figured I'd ask anyway, maybe someone else had a similar problem. I have a Sony Xperia M5.
