AutoVoice AutoVoice pro Unlock not unlocked the full version of AutoVoice.

    Hello

    I bought AutoVoice Pro Unlock in 2015 on my LG G3 and unlocked AutoVoice properly.
    Recently I switched to a Zenfone 3 and I'm having trouble validating the full version of AutoVoice.

    I've already downloaded AutoVoice, AutoVoice Pro Unlock, AutoApps and yet it has not unlocked the full version of AutoVoice.

    When I click Get Full Version it sends me to AutoApps and when I click on Voice, it reopens the link to GooglePlay to buy the unlock

    Hi sorry to hear that.
    Ok, tough question but I have to ask since this is the number 1 reason why this would happen: do you have the Freedom or Lucky Patcher pirating apps installed? Or did you ever download any app of mine from somewhere else other than Google Play? More info here: http://joaoapps.com/faq/

    The only app I had not downloaded from Google Play was Tasker. Even so, I have already removed it and followed all the steps that were in the FAQ and even then I still can't release the full version of AutoVoice. I've uninstalled all of your apps, restart my phone, and still nothing has changed. The order of my actions has been: uninstall all Applications, restart the cell phone, install AutoApps, install AutoVoice, install AutoVoice Pro Unlock.

    Ok, thanks for that. And you're not using Lucky Patcher or something similar?

    My Smartphone is Asus ZenFone 3 32GB ZE520KL using native zenui and Android 6.0.1 and not rooted
    Is there any other information I can give you to help try to solve the problem?

    Can you please try this in AutoVoice:
    - clear logs
    - enable system logs
    - wait 10 seconds
    - enter logs
    - wait 10 seconds
    -export logs and paste them here

    This log line tells me that your unlock key is not being recognized as bought from the Google Play Store:

    Can you please try clearing data and app cache for the google play store and google play services? Thanks in advance.

    I cleaned up all the Play Store and Play Services logs as you requested, then restarted the phone and reinstalled the Apps. Following the new logs

    Olá. Peço desculpa pela demora.
    Não está a bloquear o accesso do unlock key à Google Play store por alguma razão? É que o unlock key está a reportar que não tem licença válida.

    Ainda não pois não queria perder todas as garantias de fábrica, mas se você achar que o root vai solucionar o problema posso correr atras dele agora.

    Não, o root poderia trazer problemas :) Pode-me indicar com que email fez a compra para eu verificar? E já agora, tem mais do que uma conta google nesse telemóvel?
