I'm using a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 which has fast charging capability. Unfortunately when it fast charge it does not show any icon on the status bar to indicate fast charging. I have to pull the notification tray just to check if it is fast charging. So can I create a status bar icon without the notification? I tried it once but there is an empty AutoNotification in my notification tray. I don't want that. I only want the status bar icon. Thanks

Nope, if you want an icon you also need a notification, sorry!

I think there could be a way to do it.
Here's the rough logic, but I don't have a newer Samsung phone.
Create a profile using AutoNotification to find the Fast Charge notification.
Then create a Tasks to dismiss the Fast Charge notification.
Within the same Tasks you can use Set Tasker Icon, then pick an Icon that you like to indicate Fast Charge.

You can go even further to create a profile that handles when your phone is disconnected from the charger/fast charger, then Set Tasker Icon back to the normal icon.

    I hope this helps.

Hmm, but maybe the charging notification is persistent and can't be dismissed.. It this the case?
