Open Pushes Not Going to Mobile Device

    Just after performing a push to my phone, I am no longer able to send any subsequent pushes for an indefinite period. Diagnostics gives push receipt failures regardless of whether I'm on wifi or mobile data. Pushes come from the device fine. I can see texts coming through on Join for Chrome but cannot respond to them.

    Thanks for the report. Is your device rooted by any chance? Any chance some third party app is blocking Google Play Services or Join in the background?

    Not rooted. Not sure about blocking Play Services/Join. Any way to check?

    Pushes/SMS have been behaving for the past ~24 hours. I just ran diagnostics and the pushes to the device were successful but it hangs on getting contact/sms info until it throws an error that I sent to you in an email (java.lang.IncompatibleClassChangeError)
