AutoRemote AutoRemote Lite

    I have the unlocked version of Autoremote Lite, which causes incompatibilities with the Google Play autoremote for premade profiles that use one instead of the other. Is there a way both can be unlocked without having to pay twice? Or will all the tasks using AutoRemote have to be redone?

    I see... Unfortunately that doesn't really solve my problem. I have the unlocked Lite version, where as a profile I'm trying to import uses the non-Lite version, so I get the error in Tasker saying that the plugin isn't installed. If there were a way to redeem the non-Lite version without paying again, or even just a way to easily convert between the two versions it would solve my problem.

    Very unfortunately there's no way sorry :( It's a real nuisance that I wish there was a way around. This is an unfortunate side-effect of me having a separate unlockable version in the early days of AutoApps. There's a way to convert but it involves xml file manipulation... Sorry!

    Is it a simple find/replace that would work in the XML file editing?

    I could do that.
