    Hello,

I tried sending a link to my phone (device is in list, using Chrome extension) and it didn't work... I tried it with the phone off, on, and on with the Join app opened, and none of those worked. Thanks for any help.

Hi. Can you please run the Diagnostics in the Android app and see how that works? Thanks

Hello! Thanks for responding! I just did it and everything passed other than the very first test. It says, "Register on Server: - GCM ID for Pixel 3 XL no longer registered with GCM or invalid. Removed. Device should send its updated reg ID."

Yes! Thanks! Was there anything I didn't do correctly on my end? Thanks so much for all your awesome apps.

Unfortunately sometimes Android kills an app's push channel for some reason and the app needs to refresh it. The app should be notified of that but sometimes it seems that it isn't and in those situations it seems that a manual refresh is needed. Glad it helped!

Cool... So is there a way I can do the manual refresh myself in the future, without having to bother you?

Just do what you did this time and that should make it work :)

Oh, you mean run Diagnostics? That's all I did. I thought you did something at your end. I didn't realize that running Diagnostics also repairs issues.(?)
