I would like the ability to switch what device uses my Bluetooth headphones. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be a means of forcing the headphones to connect to my phone w/o first being disconnected from my tablet.

There may be a much easier method to do this...my solution is to have Tasker react to a notification sent via AR from my phone to disconnect the BT headphones from my tablet. I'm attempting to do so using a notification event behavior. Unfortunately, I can't get Tasker on my tablet to recognize the AR notification upon receipt.

    Suggestions?

    AR Send Task on phone:
    Disconnect BT Headphones (415)
    A1: AutoRemote Notification [ Configuration:Recipient: TABLET
    Title: Disconnect BT Headphones
    Status Bar Icon: AutoRemote
    Persistent: false
    Share: false
    Icon 1: AutoRemote
    Icon 2: AutoRemote
    Icon 3: AutoRemote Package:com.joaomgcd.autoremote Name:AutoRemote Notification Timeout (Seconds):20 Continue Task After Error:On ]

    AR Receive Profile on tablet:
    Profile: BT Headphones Notification (6)
Event: AutoRemote [ Configuration:Disconnect BT Headphones (case ins) (exact) ]
    Enter: Anon (9)
    A1: Notify Cancel [ Title:Disconnect BT Headphones Warn Not Exist:Off ]
    A2: Bluetooth Auto Connect [ Configuration:Data Package:eek:rg.myklos.btautoconnect Name:Bluetooth Auto Connect Timeout (Seconds):0 ]

You need to send a message from your phone, not a notification :) Then it should work.
