Tasker Revive shush ringer restorer

I am new to Tasker and slightly less new to programming.

There was an app I used to use to control my ringer called shush ringer restorer. It was amazing and simple. When you turned the volume to 0, a dialog would pop up and allow you to select how long you wanted the ringer to be silenced. You could set a time in 15 minute increments up to 12 hours and you could also control what volume the ringer would be restored at. Sadly because of changes made in Android 9 I want to say it was, the app was removed from the app store and no longer functions correctly. I read on Reddit, that this could easily be replicated with tasker but I have no idea how to go about something like that.
