Open Chrome extension clipboard setting explained

    In the Chrome extension under the clipboard settings page, there is a setting titled "Show the contents of the clipboard when it is set on this device". Can someone explain exactly what this does? I don't notice any changes turning this option on or off so I'm not sure what this does

    That means that when another device sets the clipboard in the Chrome extension it'll create a notification with said clipboard's text :)
