AutoInput Dual sim and whatsapp management

Good morning, it's my first post here and I'm learning to use tasker. I have a dual sim phone and my purpose is to create a task that disable one sim card (business one) and disable cloned WhatsApp data usage in background so I can't receive calls or messages on timetables.
As I understand it's possible to do with tasker and autoinput, but I need a little help and step by step guide to begin.
