A few months ago I installed Join but stopped using it--uninstalled.
Today I bought join for Windows 10. I could send from Windows to my Android phone, but my phone could not send to Windows. I was getting and error 0x8007054.
I guessed it was due to the previous installation. I removed Join from Windows and deleted the original Windows 10 device folder in Google Drive and removed it from Trash.
I reinstalled Join on Windows 10. Same probelms and same error.
    Ideas.

Can you please check the version that shows up when you type winver into the search box in Windows? Thanks in advance. You should have the fall creator's update for Join to work. Thanks!

Hmm that's the version I have too. Are you still having the same issue?

    Nope. Working now.

Join has fixed itself on my Android and Chrome. For other reasons, I rebooted my phone and restarted Chrome. There is a new folder under my google drive Join folder for my laptop.

We can unring this fire alarm. Thanks for the support.
