Open Messages sent from Chrome extension not showing on phone

Starting a couple of days ago, I noticed that messages sent from my PC using the Chrome extension are no longer appearing in my text app (Textra) on my phone. They still show in Join, and all received messages are showing in both locations. Has anyone else experienced this issue and have any thoughts on how to resolve it?

I have uninstalled Join on both my phone and PC and reinstalled. I also, while uninstalled, went to my Google Drive and cleared out all backups and retained messages. I was hoping that a "fresh start" would resolve the issue, but no joy.
