Please follow the "Turn on bedroom light with voice command" tutorial before trying to complete this one because you'll be using the same Tasker profile to react to the icon tap action.

/!\ You can replace the action to toggle the light here with any action you like. The main purpose of this tutorial is to show you how to react to the command, not exactly what you do with it :)

    STEP 1 - NEW ICON

    • Open AutoWear
    • Tap "Manage Floating Icons"
    • Press the + sign on the top right
    (i) This will allow you to create a floating icon right from the AutoWear app without the need to create a separate task in Tasker
/!\ If you want to make sure that you never lose an AutoWear element it's always best to create a task in Tasker do manage it. If you delete an icon in the "Manage Floating Icons" screen for example, it's gone forever. If you create a task in Tasker that creates the icon, you can always re-create it when needed.

STEP 2 - SET ICON IMAGE

    • Select the Icon field
    • Select any icon from your phone, Google drive, etc
    (i) You can even use a direct http web url for an icon if you wish. Make sure that the image is publicly available on the web and it should work.

STEP 3 - SET TAP ACTION

    • Select the "Tap" field
    • Set action to "bedroom light"
    (i) This is the same action as the one that was used in the voice command tutorial. Make sure it's exactly the same so that it triggers the same profile in Tasker

    STEP 4 - ACCEPT SETTINGS

    • Accept settings with the icon on the top-right
    (i) The icon is now created on your watch. Tap it and your light should now toggle.
