I just got the Samsung Galaxy S10+. I bought it home, downloaded join, and granted the app permission to view contacts, write sms, etc. When I was done, I got a tiny black bubble on the bottom center of the screen telling me that permission was denied. I went in to settings to check for app permissions and everything is indeed allowed for join.

I tried to send an sms on the chrome extension, but the sms window is blank. The contacts page is blank.

I did not have this issue with my prior phone and have no idea where to begin with this issue. Please help.

Hi there. Sorry to hear that. What happens if you run diagnostics in the Android Join app?

Does it help if you go into the chrome extension > Devices Tab > Select your new device > Send An SMS Message?

Actually, it has since started working. I don't know how or why, but this matter is solved. Thank you.
