Great app; loving it so far in this post-Pushbullet world.

One quick suggestion would be to be able to whitelist all apps at once on the phone to be able to push notifications to other devices. Having to manually select every single app in Join -> Settings -> Notification Apps was a minor hassle. Perhaps "Select All" and "Select None" options could be added there?

Thanks for Join! I already like it more than Pushbullet and Airdroid.

    Hi thanks for the feedback.

That was actually intended. :) I think at least this way not everyone will simply enable all notifications without thinking about, creating a lot of unnecessary traffic on my server, making server costs go way up and make the app not sustainable and make me have to charge a subscription for it :D

    Hope you understand. :)

Ah, well fair enough then. I didn't realise it would be an additional expense for you to do so.

    Thanks for the explanation.

I had understood that the main advantage of your app design (vs competitors like PushBullet) was that it depended only on GCM and Google Drive for inter devices communications.
Having a dedicated server in the map seem a possible SPOF for me.

@CoolRaoul I've attempted a no-server GCM app before and it was a real hassle to maintain. Having a server makes it much simpler.

Hi! Quick question. So, if i were to toggle the necessary apps I'd like for notification, I'd assume those apps would provide that notification?

Unfortunately I never got my Facebook, Messenger, or Instagram notifications when indeed, the apps are getting notifications

Is your Join notification intercept service enabled? Did you enable which devices you want to receive the notifications on?
