The value of %altrackingdistance seems to be a very lage number and I can not find any documentation on what unit of measure it is.

    Thanks, Rich.

Well.... Meters certainly would have been my first guess. However after making a task that turned on location monitor
    -High accuracy
    - interval - 5 sec
    smallest displacement -- 1 meter

and having a autolocation profile context with the same report name that simply set a variable to %altrackingdistance and walking around the house a few laps, I would assume I would get data like
    10, 21, 35

however I either have a much much longer stride then I thought or there could be some sort of bug.

    I am getting data like
    0.0, 145064.9, 420987.3, 620761.5, 1241523.0
that is with accuracies of 8-14

That is really covering a lot of ground... :)

    ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

According to this it is in meters... Are you able to check the original Tracking Data JSON? That should show your locations...
