I've been having a "error getting Personal key" on the chrome both on the older and current extension versions.

    OS Win7
    chrome version 41.0.2272.101 m
AutoRemote version 1.5.34 revision date 3/19/2015

I've tried refreshing the page as well as uninstalling the extension restarting chrome and re-installing the extension with no luck.

    Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry about that. Can you please go into Chrome settings->Extensions->autoremote.html->console and check there when you refresh the AutoRemote extension options page? See if any useful log shows up. Thanks

Sorry about the delay in responding. Real life issues came up and I just got back to this.
I'm not sure what you mean by go to "console". I've brought up the extension setting page but am not seeing an option for "console".
A little more direction please and thanks

    Thanks for finding the console.
If you go to the Resources tab in the debug console you opened, and then choose the item inside Local Storage (something like chrome-extension:.......) what items do you see?

    Sorry for the trouble.

I'm sorry Angelica, but this is a new one for me.
I've issued an update on the chrome web store with an additional log so that maybe I can find out what's wrong. Sorry for the trouble!
