Open Auto Arduino?

Hi. Can't find forum for auto aurduion. So I am sorry but:
Please tell me if it's possible to understand that autoarduino lost connection to controller?
For example if bluetooth connection break. And what to do in this situation? Because if I try disconect or conect in such sitation autoarduino some times go mad.

Hi. Sorry for long silence.
There are two possibility's:
1. Connection proceed ok but when I try to read or write pin I'v got some thing like this:

2. Or I'v got connection time out wile try to connect.
And also in some situation it's impossible to disconnect. I also get timeout.

And one more question:
May be it's possible to add some sort of direct serial communication? for example send some string to serial and get string from serial. May be as separate plugin
