Solved Pushes from Google Feed are malformed

The Google app recently reformatted everything, and went with the branding Feed. Each item in the feed has its own three-dots menu, and among the options there is "Share". However, the Share option isn't just sending the URL; instead, it sends the URL, then a blank line, and then the text "Shared from my Google feed".
If I try to share directly to Join, instead of getting the URL I wanted, I get the URL with "Shared" appended. So I'd get something like "https://www.xda-developers.com/block-heads-up-notifications-gaming-videos/Shared" instead of "https://www.xda-developers.com/block-heads-up-notifications-gaming-videos/".

 

Is there any progress on this, or did it completely get lost? It's still happening for me every time, and it's really annoying.
