AutoInput Auto answer phone no root

Hi,

Been using Tasker for many years on rooted phone but it died. Don't want to root new phone if I don't have to.

What I need (and had using Tasker & Secure Settings on old phone) is a an action to auto answer an incoming call if I have my headphones and power plugged in.

Before I commit to purchasing any AutoApps stuff, just wondering if this is possible with any or a combination of AutoApps software?

My phone is a Huawei Y7 with Android 7.0.

Are there any instructions on how I would do this? Where do I start? I have AutoTools installed.
Are there other modules that I need for this? Auto Notification? Auto Input?

The main snag seems to be getting the call to be answered. Setting conditions that this only happens when headphones & power are connected seem to be able to be set from within Tasker. But perhaps I'm wrong on that....

Ok, so I've made some progress.
Only AutoTools installed at present.
In Tasker: New Task > + > Plugin > AutoTools > Connectivity > Configuration > Phone > tick 'Take Phone Call'
My profile condition to action this are: Power Any + Headset Plugged Any + Call Incoming

When the call comes in all the profile conditions turn green (so it's recognising the incoming call and the plugs) but the call is not answered. What am I missing?

How do I add a flash action?

 

Righto - added a 1 second 'wait' action before 'take phone call' and a flash text after.
Upon incoming call the flash text appears, but the call is not answered.... bummer.
Does that mean it won't work on my device?
