    Hi,

I got some doubts regarding AutoVoice and Tasker.
When saying something I need AutoVoice to not end the listening and Trigger a Task at the same time.
So I understand there are 2 ways of adding AutoVoice commands.
    1. Inside AutoVoice. Here I can choose to not end conversation, but I can't trigger the task.
    2. From Tasker-Event. I can trigger my task but can not find an option to not end conversation.

So in which order should I do it?
    A) Build the command in AutoVoice, then biuld the same command as Event in Tasker
    B) Build the command as Event in Tasker, then in Autovoice a new entry "from Tasker" should appear. Change that to "don't end conversation"

In my experience both seem to work. Is one of these preferred?
Also: with "Create Variable" I can easily create variables from a AutoVoice command. Can I set them to be global as well? (When I change $variable to $Variable in AutoVoice it doesn't change it, it stays $variable after saving) My workaround is to make a Task with Variable Set $Variable to $variable.

    Thanks!

    You should:
    • Create in Tasker
    • Back out of Tasker to save
    • Go back to AutoVoice and refresh your commands to make sure that you show the latest ones
    • The one you created in Tasker should appear there: click it to edit
    Hope this helps :)

About variables, plugins can't set global variables :) Your workaround is the way to go. Hope this helps!

    Thanks!
(Could the variable thing change with you being the Tasker dev now?)

Nope, sorry. That would be a variable nightmare if plugins could very easily change global variables like that :)
