Open Can't get notifications from a specific android app on my chromebook...

I try to get notifications from a specific android app on my chromebook, but i can't.
It's "franceinfo" app.
the app is selected in the list of authorised app in my phone...
why it doesn't works for this one?

I have a similar issue with the app "Zeiterfassung pro", a time recording app, which should send a notification when no check-in is stored at a certain time.
From my mobile with os android 8 no notification is sent, but from my old mobile with os android 6 it works fine. Both have installed Join 2.0, and the settings have been transferred from the old to the new mobile by using the Backup/Restore function.

Maybe it's a problem of identifying the title/text of this notification in android 8, at least the debug info points to this possibility:
