Open Can't receive incoming calls notification if phone is locked

Hi there,

the most useful (for me) feature of Join is not working since months on my Honor 9, maybe after Android 8 upgrade.

Incoming calls notifications are not raised up If phone is locked. If I unlock the screen (password or fingerprint), Join can send notifications to my Chrome extension (with a variable lag anyway, can take 1 or 2 seconds).

Outgoing calls notifications acting weird: sometimes sent, sometimes not. Sometimes are sent when an incoming is raised up (or viceversa).

I suppose that there's something broken with calls notifications in general.

The "Ring your device" feature seems works like a charm even with phone in lock status.

And yes, I set up the energy protection feature of EMUI to not block Join app and allow it in background, even with lock screen (Tasker app too).

Any help?

 

Even if no answers is received (not a beauty indeed), issue seems gone with latest Honor system update.

Just for others knowledge.
