Open Incosistent performance with SMS Sending/Syncing, Notifications

    Using Join on a Samsung Note 9. Out of nowhere SMS messages and notifications just stop getting sent to other devices. I've run diagnostics each time, sometimes the ID part fails, other times it's fine. I have disabled all battery optimizations, so I'm not sure why this is happening.

    Another issue that might or might not be relevant is I can't get any notifications on the Microsoft Store version of the app. Using on an Xbox One X.

    Hi there. did you look at all the stuff here?
    Seems like something is killing Join in the background...

    And you don't have any app-killing apps on your device that might be killing Join?

    I briefly uninstalled the app and reinstalled (I changed my mind and decided to purchase this after my free trial). For 20 days it has been showing this on my chrome browser on 2 different PC's and networks:

    Seems that the SMS service was not enabled for this device or that some files were not synced.

    Enabling SMS remotely now, please wait...

    I recall during my free trial it took about 2 weeks of this before it suddenly started syncing and showing my SMS. So far since I have purchased/reinstalled on both my phone and all my browsers its been 10 days and no luck. Oddly enough, I can send and receive messages as they come in, but the main SMS panel as the above error.
