When viewing an SMS conversation in Chrome, I don't see any "new" received messages after the initial sync. I get notifications that I have a new message and can reply from a notification window and the message I send gets added to the SMS conversation window, but the received message never gets added to the conversation.

    Thanks for the report.

if you refresh the page after you get that notification do you still not see the new messages?

    Still nothing.

I can send SMS from Chrome, but when I receive an sms, it won't show up. And I miss all new received sms, also my sms when texting by my phone.

BTW, I can send file from my phone to my PC.

Maybe it's because of windows 10.

What if you disable the SMS service on your phone and enable it again? Do you see the new messages then?

I think I am having the same issue on Win 7 Pro x64. If I close and reopen the SMS window in Chrome, I can see the new messages.

Will try to reproduce it and give you all more details.

UPDATE : I don't know if it's the same issue. Clicking on the notification opens the SMS window without the new messages. Reopening from the Extension Menu or refreshing manually the SMS window will display the new messages. Same issue, other issue, or I really don't know how to use the application? :)

I took a look at the files on google drive and it is only showing texts that I sent, not the ones that I received. There is one received message, but it is from the initial setup of the app.

Ok I got it working and below are the steps:
settings->services->accessibility service-> join: It was marked as on in the "accessibility" screen, but was not on in when i clicked on Join. I toggled the setting. This probably has nothing to do with texts, but it's something I noticed.

The other thing I did was turn off SMS Service then rebooted my phone. I then re-enabled SMS Service and everything started working again. The files in google drive were properly being written to.

My phone is a Nexus 5x with 6.0.1

I hope this helps others that were having the same problem.
