I am new to Tasker and AutoVoice is the reason i got into it (though i can see why people would use it for plenty other things!)

I made an autoVoice command to play two different tone beeps depending on what i say. Although this isn't useful right now it is a testing purpose.

But now I have Tasker and AutoVoice notifications always on when i pull down my notification slider. I don't mind them being there but i was wondering how much battery these two will use just sitting there waiting for me to do something. Should I have a button to turn autovoice on/off? What about Tasker? Or do they not use significant battery? AutoVoice is NOT on continuous mode.

They don't use significant battery at all :) You can disable them both though, but you risk your system killing them when memory's low. If you want to give it a try look for the "Foreground" option both in AutoVoice and Tasker. Hope this helps!
