    I have setup join in 2 device with 2 different accounts and enabled sharing.
    Now when sending files from one device to other i am getting following error "could not download file 404" on other device.

    Thanks for the report. What devices are you sending from and receiving in?

    Oh I see! :( Thanks for reminding me! I haven't found a workaround for that yet, will have to try again!

    @joaomgcd
    I couldn't understand why this is not working.
    Suppose i have shared a file to you then as per api
    1) upload file to my drive
    2) share that file to your mail address
    3) download file using file id (generated from upload process) on your device

    This works for me then how join can't?

    The problem is that Join only has access to the folders and files the app itself created on the original account. When you share a file with a different account the Join app can't access it anyway because it didn't create that file itself. I'm thinking that the only way to get it working would be to make the file public.
