Callblocker with SMS autoresponder and schedule

Thanks to a friend, DTTR on his pseudonym, I found out of this Tasker software.
Right now, I'm know almost nothing of this software, just that it can do some automatic functions with some condition.
In the near future, I'll try to understand this software and make my own profiles.
So, for now I just want to ask you if already exist this kind of profile:

-call blocker with schedule, on days and hours
-white list for this call blocker(contacts, groups of contacts)
-auto respond with customize SMS

I mean, I need that from 9 to 17 the phone must work normally
From 17 to 9 next day, all contacts must be rejected, except the one in the some specific contact group. In the same time, the rejected contacts must receive a SMS which I must be able to write how I want.
