AutoRemote Bluetooth messages between smartphone and smartwatch

Hello. I want to send and receive messages between my smartphone and my smartwatch via bluetooth but it doesn't work ...
It seems that it only works over the internet. If I create a hotspot on the smartphone, turn off the 4g and connect the smartwatch, ie on the same network but without internet, it also doesn't work ...
I saw in some responses that enabling the AutoRemote bluetooth service on the receiving device might solve the problem, but how exactly do I do that?

I already figured out how to do it, I had to create an AutoRemote Bluetooth action that starts the service before sending or receive the message. You can mark it as solved.
