Solved Join has to be enabled/disabled to get the Clipboard working each time the computer restarts.

    On Chrome, in order to get Join's clipboard transfer feature to work, I had to reinstall it. I tried disabling/enabling it, and that worked to. It seems like I have to do this whenever I restart my computer (as I have chrome running in the background).

    Text copied from my phone isn't transferred to my phone. And now links from my computer spit out gibberish when I hit paste on my phone. I guess it has to do with the encryption feature?

    Sorry, just to make sure:
    • When you restart your computer clipboard copying from PC -> Phone is not working and you have to re-enable it
    • Text copied from your PC is not decrypted on your phone.
    Is this correct?

    Could it be that chrome is not automatically ran when you start up your PC?

    Yes, but I don't see how that matters if I have Chrome open.

    Can you try right-clicking the Chrome icon on your task bar and closing it, then starting it up again and see if it stops working as well? thanks
