Automatically start tethering on USB connect

    This profile will enable you to automatically enable tethering on your device upon plugging with Desktop/laptop.
    The idea is to detect USB connection and start tethering.
    Note: Move usb tethering tile to first page in quick settings bar for faster switching.
    On disconnection the tethering gets disabled automatically.
    Needs AutoInput.
