Watch Boot Alert 1.0

If you are relying on your Wear O/S watch to do something for you, and you use Google Pay on your watch, then it may let you down if it reboots.

This may happen because it will boot up in a locked state and many apps won't run until the watch has been unlocked by the user, so you need to be aware that this has happened.

This Tasker project will alert by phone Notification, and by email, and by spoken voice on the Phone if your Wear O/S watch unexpectedly reboots.

This has been tested on a Tic Watch Pro and is in regular use.
