Open 2 bug and 2 ideas

I'm using your soft for 2 months now, thanks a lot !

1st bug :

2 differents thread for the same conversation.

2nd bug : when I call someone, the desktop notification indicate the previous caller.

1st idea :
On chrome, when you right click on a number phone, there is Join sub-menu with lot of options. But no SEND A SMS, with the chrome extension. It should.

2nd idea :
In this same sub-menu, it should be cool to identicate better the different computers, instead of the chrome sessions, which are not really helpful ^^
Now, it's a mix between computers name, and Chrome sessions name, I'm quite lost.

1. 06 is the local format. If your sim-card is french, it's like +33-6 or 00336. My numbers are probably saved without +33 or 0033 in my contact list. But when I received a sms, it probably come with the international extension.

2.No change with this version, sorry
