AutoVoice Auto Voice Continuous - buggy?

    Hey,
    I'm trying to implement a custom hot phrase for use with the natural language command.
    I have auto voice continuous on, and listens for the phrase in tasker, and then I start the voice command. I remember to stop continuous and start it again before and after running the voice prompt.
    But sometimes I cannot get the continuous function to work. I have a feeling that it depends on the room noise, could it be a problem? If there is some noise in the room it could be picked up by auto voice, which would never recognize my phrase? I don't know...
    The apps also gets extremely slow when this happens, the menus are slow to navigate in.
    Have anyone experienced something similar? Is there a workaround?

    Okay, trying to debug on this...
    I tried to remove the mute function, and after some start and stop, it stops beeping at all, like it crashed or is not running, even though the notification show it. Trying to put on system logs, before next test.

    I tried to turn off microphone access for every app not needed, but the problem still happens.

    Restarting seems to fix the problem.. until it occurs again. Can't seem to figure out why it happens.

    For some reason your microphone gets busy and then AutoVoice can't use it anymore :( Sorry, I don't have any more info than that...

    Could it not be another app you use? Do you have a custom app as your dialer? Or any other app that uses the mic? I know it's a pain but how about fresh install with only autvoice / tasker see if it happens then? If it happens again it's most likely something that comes with the phone. My two cents anyways.

    I'm running a freshly-installed nexus 5.
    Maybe it's a problem with 7.1.1??

    Hello to all. I have same problem with Honor 8 and Android 7.0 . I close or deactivate all apps,setting (ok google, wake up by voice...) with mic access, but continuous mode after start switch can catch only one message. Looks like it start just once time. Does somebody have any tip ? Thank you.
