AutoTools AutoTools Fingerprint (upgrade phone)

    Hi all,
    It's upgrade time again, and as AutoTools doesn't recognise the fingerprint sensor on my S5, I'm wondering if there are any other phones that have issues?
    Believe it or not, one of the deal breakers is whether it plays nicely with AutoTools.

    I can only vouch for "pure" android phones like the nexus or Pixel devices, sorry. Unfortunately I don't have experience with other devices. Hope someone else can help you here!

    I've made a point of noting which phones you use with your videos. Also Mat from NotEnoughTech, Armando, TaskerTutorials etc. but I wouldn't have a phone without an SD card, and prefer a removable battery and waterproof. Frustratingly, my wife has the Honour 6X, with a fingerprint sensor on the back, but doesn't use it. Hopefully there are other options out there that allow the sensor to be utilised.

    huawei mate 9 works I can confirm.

    No waterproof or removable battery though.
