How can I calibrate the volume my son's cry? I am using this as a trigger to send a push from the listening device to my phone.
I have set a baseline ambient noise level of the room, does this now affect the -90 to 0 level? Is 0 equal to the baseline I set and all negative numbers are less loud?
    Thanks

Yes, negative numbers are less loud. 0 is the loudest your phone can hear. What I would do is take your phone, put it at a decent distance of your mouth and pretend you're a crying baby while you're configuring the "AutoVoice Noise" condition and it's detecting your noise :)
I know it sounds silly, but you'll get the idea for what values to use.

    Hope this helps
