AutoWear Changing Icons dynamically on a screen

    Hi,

    Is there a way to change the icons on a screen dynamically based on a event. For example I have a screen with with wifi on button and when I press it, the wifi on phone will be switched off and the icon on the screen should change to wifi off.

    Please let me know if this is possible.

    Hi, I see to ways:
    1. Create two icons in one position on watch screen. One is hidden, other is visible. Tasker sends command to show or hide first/second icon depending on wifi state.
    2. Tasker deletes and creates icon on the watch every time the wifi state changes.

    That is great news!!. I am trying to create a button screen and see no option to hide or show the icons. Please let me know how that can be done.

    Oh, so you mean buttons in a button screen? Sorry, I thought you meant floating icons. In that case only option 2 applies. Create a new screen with the same name and the previous screen will be overwritten.

    Thank You!. The creating of the new screen was looking too cumbersome. So rather what I have done was kept the icons generic and sending a notification to the watch once the action was done. This is working well as well.
