   Is there a way to make Chrome notifications stay open until dismissed either on phone or otherwise? Or is there perhaps another way to make notifications stay on, like using the Windows App?

   The max Chrome allows is 8 seconds. The windows notifications also go away after a few seconds. Sorry! Nothing I can do to change that unfortunately
