AutoInput Click on word A or B, whichever is on the display

My phone's language is sometimes set to German, sometimes set to English.

I have a script that should work the same in both cases.

Let's say, I want autoinput to click on the word Kaffee or on the word Coffee, whichever is shown on the screen at the time.

Right now, I determine the language first, then use some conditional logic to do the matching click.

This is probably more complicated than it needs to be. Is there a way to code click A or B in a single plugin call?
