AutoTools Complete newbie - disabling persistent notification?

Hi. Sorry for the basic question but I'm somewhat overwhelmed by the sheer scope of what this thing can do

I have the root add-on and tasker installed and need to disable a persistent nagging notification from 'android system'

Basically my tablet keeps notifying me that I may have too many apps installed, which is some unnecessary proprietary nonsense that has no place in android ;-)

 

I've got as far as the attached image but I'm afraid I'm lost. Learning curve issue.

 

Any chance of a walkthrough? I'm just not getting it
