Oh I see what you mean. Well, you could disable the toast in AutoTools then create a new profile that intercepts all AutoTools commands and then in the task show it however you like Would that work?
Actually disabling them all together is better than i had hoped for! Again thanks so much for your speedy help, youre both sleek, suave and aerodynamic good sir. Happy holidays
Hi Joao I've had this app launcher working great for a while. But since some time app. 25% of app icons do not show. Maybe this is since I've got the Android Oreo update on my device, I'm not sure. The query by AutoLaunch has many times error in the resulting %alicons variable. The names are there and the apps open fine, just the icons are missing. Here's a screenshot of the result.
No there's plenty that certainly aren't system apps. Maybe it's got to do with Oreo squircle icons shape?
Ah, yes, that's probably it! Can you try this version? https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B8G77eDgeMdwRl9TWUxmTlBJdW8/view?usp=sharing
Thank you! Hi, yes it's great. This one fixes it. Except for one icon. I don't know why. But it's good enough for me.
Hey, and congratulations with your Tasker takeover! I couldn't think of a better person than you. The combination of Tasker and your plugins has always been magic.
This is the one app that still gives "error" when AutoLaunch queries icons: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=nl.marktplaats.android
Ok, fixed that one too now! https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B8G77eDgeMdwRl9TWUxmTlBJdW8/view?usp=sharing Hope this helps!
Have done an overhaul of the cache and other apps removed, rebooted multiple times and all seems good now! Jeez that was bugging the heck out of me. (which is why I deleted the original post and only shows in your quote!!) Edit; It keeps happening so I did a force stop of AutoTools and the root add-on then started the swipe screen from within tasker and it cured the apps getting stuck on a part of the alphabet that was not fully loading all the apps. (may have to automate this if it keeps happening PROBLEM RESOLVED! Apps managed by AutoLaunch need refreshing manually Code (Text): Force Refresh Apps Touch here to force AutoLaunch all the apps on your system (Auto Refresh don't work for me!). Once this is done all my apps load in the swipescreen
Automate the refresh of apps in the swipe screen when they don't all load as I have described above. Attached for Tasker import. Use Luke, if needed!
