AutoWear Creating timed vibrations?

Hi there, I was having a bit of trouble setting up timed notifications for this.

I was wondering how I'd set up on my watch to make it 5 minutes to the hour, between the hours of 5-11?

my work means I need to be at a certain place everyhour, have an adequate app on my phone but having it on my watch would be alot better

Create a tasker task that sends an autowear toast to your watch that vibrates. In the Autowear app you can manage timed events that sends a command that triggers the tasker task you created that sends the toast that vibrates. I typed that quickly, hopefully you understand.

 

On the new update the toast wont dissapear. is there any other way to get the watch to vibrate?
