Open Disable sms notifications

    Heeey

    Is it possible to disable sms-notifications in Chrome but not in the Windows 10 app? I receive now 2 of them...
    Is it also possible to show a emoticon menu in the windows 10 app?

    Hi.
    • To disable sms notifications go to Android app -> Settings -> SMS And Phone Calls -> Block Devices
    • It's not possible to use emojis directly in the windows 10 app sorry, but you can copy-paste them from here.

    Maybe you can add thi posabillity to the Windows 10 app soon? That would be awesome!

    Upgrading to the latest version of Windows 10 and pressing Win+; brings up emojis.
    Unfortunately I have been having other issues with this version and Join, so I haven't upgraded yet.

    Yeah, I know of that emoji panel, but it doens't work in all countries. (and guess where I live :D)

    i know about the double msgs from phone and sms because that is natively on in join, but which is the proper setting to turn that off so i can just have the sms app i use and only phone?
    in the faq it only says how to turn off your selected SMS app and not the native join SMS notification. my app(textra) provides more options on the notification so i would like to use that.

    Did you get this figured out? It's driving me crazy.

    Edit:
    This info from above is correct:
    • To disable sms notifications go to Android app -> Settings -> SMS And Phone Calls -> Block Devices
    I couldn't get it to stick, because in the Dark Theme, the "OK" text to save the changes is tough to read (gray on gray)
