AutoLocation Error when downloading não.png

Hi. I'm trying to create a notification with the map from where I stopped my car using autolocation and autonotification. I use the Autolocation Location action to get my Location and then the Autolocation Info action to download the hybrid map, but I cant load the image to the Autonotification.
When I check the generated file in the App Autolocation folder it is 0 kb in size and with date and time of when I activated the task.
In the Autolocation Logs, in Info category, show the message "Couldnt download map image. Check your internet connection." I tried with mobile connection as with wi-fi.

Does anyone ever had a problem like this?

Its a moto z3 play, Brazilian without root and android9
