I get a notification when I send a picture to the UWP app, but clicking it just removed it. The image doesn't open, or isn't downloaded (at least that I can find).

Does the notification say "Click to open files" on Windows 10?

It does, with the filename below it. It opens a new window that immediately closes when I click on it.

That window that opens: is it a Join app window? Or an image preview window?

It's the join app window. It disappears as soon as the app is loaded.

That's normal. The app is just opening up so that it can open the image and then close. If you send a txt file for example, does that work correctly?

It depends on the file type. Zips and txt files open, but unknown filetpyes don't, neither do images. I feel like this wouldn't be such a problem if the files weren't downloaded to some temporary folder but to the downloadsfolder like the chrome extension does.

You're right, thanks for the input.
And can you find your images in the same folder as the txt files for example?

Ah yes, the images are located in the same directory. I tried resetting my default photo viewer and it works now. Downloading the files to a more accessible folder would be useful though. I rarely push files only to view them.

Thanks for the feedback! I'm not entirely sure that Join can save files to other folders (UWP apps are often restricted from doing stuff like that) but I'll check thanks!
