Open Join managed bij Tasker problem

I want the following to do: When I am at my work I want to push phone notifications from some apps to my pc (Chrome extention on Windows 10 pc). So I created a task within Tasker - Plugin - Join - Settings - Configuration - Notifications - Notification apps - click on the apps from wich I want the notifications.Also Enable Sending.

But I can Also open the Join app where I can configure the same. Do I have to configure both? Because when I only configure it in Tasker I don't get the notifications on my pc. When I configure it in the Join app AND tasker I do get the notifications. Which is the leading configuration?
