Hey this plugin is almost perfect but I need a way to keep the scanner open so I can scan 6 codes in a row with Tasker handling them on the back end. Is this possible?

That depends on the barcode scanner you're using. :) That part is handled by the third party app you installed to be your barcode scanner. Hope this clarifies it!

Hmmm... Well I use barcode scanner app it doesn't do this, but when I use the autobarcode Scan widget, it presses "back" or otherwise goes to the previous app after finding a barcode.

hello! i have the same issue - bulk scan mode is turned on but when i run the task as a shortcut, it closes after one scan. i saw that autobarcode used to have a continuous mode on feature. what happened to it? is there any way around it?

Same here. Would be great to use autobarcode to scan in bulkmode! How to do?
I use the Barcode Scanner (ZXing) and I have turned the 'bulk option' on.

Seems to work! Thanks! My idea is to upload the scanned codes in a Google spreadsheet (using spreadsheet update plugin). Each code on one line. But for some reason that's not working.
